Taekwondo Mini Documentary

This project is a 5 minute mini documentary project that shows the world of the Taekwondo Club at UW-Madison. This project was made for my media production class, Communication Arts 355. The goal for this project was to create a 2-5 minute mini documentary that used an interview, a preliminary script of questions, and b-roll footage. This project took three weeks to create, from pre-production planning, shooting the b-roll and interview, and post-production editing. My project partners, Vivian, Cheng, and Lilia, and I collaborated to create a storyboard, A/V script, and find stock footage and music. During our shoot, I worked as a cinematographer with the director to gather our b-roll and interview footage. Afterward we all collaborated in the editing room to create the final product. From this project I learned about the importance of storyboards and A/V scripts while in the production stages.
